Biography:
Vienna knew what she wanted to do for a living by the time she was eight and never considered anything else. She attended the Red Deer College Visual Arts program before going on to Applied Photography at Siast because she felt that a thorough background of understanding art, design and art history would be an important asset a a photographer.
Her education took the path of traveling to Australia for six months and to continue to travel every chance she got. She went to Italy for three extended stays, always straying off the beaten path, seeing the real country and it's people. Her goal was to explore a country as opposed to taking a tour of it.
She has traveled widely, seeing most of Western Europe and Great Britain. She prefers to travel with her single best friend; her camera and works to capture as many interesting sights as she can. Her images of the prairies are every bit as interesting as those of more exotic locales.
When home in Regina, Vienna works as a professional photographer, shooting everything from jewelry to pin-ups.
