Biography:
The works submitted were taken for an on-going project I have been doing on the complexities and ironies of relationships, by using my family as an example. rnWith this work I have tried to capture subtle ironies within their relationship in an attempt to create a bit of dark humor. The titles given are all characteristics of a healthy relationship, but the photographs themselves show a lack of that characteristic. This work not only speaks of my own family and their relationship between each other, but also is meant to speak about relationships in general, and how many families and relationships lack, or eventually start to lack, the basic foundations of a healthy relationship.

The common theme to my photography is that of an underlying morose mood. Besides my family work, my other work still contains subtle hints of irony that create a somewhat comedic and dark mood.
